Refund policy

We are happy to accept returns if you are not happy with your order. Please get in touch within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

Any yarn returned must be in the same condition you received it in and fit for resell. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please note, dyed to order and custom orders cannot be refunded or exchanged.
